Rob Broyles

Rob BroylesRob Broyles lives in North San Diego with his wife of 24 years. Together they have 5 children ranging in ages from 14-22. Rob has worked with families and teens for over 24 years in various capacities including teen, marriage, and family counseling, Young Life area director, troubled teen boarding school program director, pastor, and entrepreneur.  There isn’t too much Rob hasn’t seen in the world of teens and families.

Rob recently started Troubled Teen Rescue, a company dedicated to seeing life and hope restored to embattled families through coaching, teaching, and therapeutic placements for teens in crisis.  Rob loves seeing lives, relationships and families restored as well as equipping parents to lead their families with confidence and peace.

Rob teaches and trains corporately through parenting and conflict resolution seminars.

My life is an open book, and I use my story to speak and challenge us as parents and individuals to lead this generation with passion and purpose.

Rob believes that there is plenty of hope, and no better time than now to seek change and begin to walk in a new direction!

Renee Walker Renee Walker is the founder of Bay Area Communities for Health Education, BACHE.  BACHE is a parent led organization that promotes the teaching of comprehensive sexuality education in California public schools, assisting school districts, teachers and parents in their efforts to bring their programs into compliance with state law and current public health policy.  

Renee has over 30 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education, Parent Ed and works with Developmentally Disabled adults.  She is mother to two adult sons and lifelong partner with their father.

After 30 years as a psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of adolescents Ray Erickson has consolidated the accumulated wisdom into his new book, Ten Tips to Tame Your Teen, a practical, lighthearted look at the world of teenagers and what to do with them. Karen Shaw – Teens Lead

Karen ShawKaren Shaw, Professional Parent! A position she has held since 1979 (and never a day off ).  She has experienced many parenting dilemmas, nightmares and challenges as well as the joys, pleasures, amazing sense of pride, gratitude and unconditional love that come with being a parent. Karen is based in Manchester United Kingdom.

Qualified as an NLP (Nuero Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, trainer and presenter, Karen has been passionate about coaching parents since she discovered the skills, tools and techniques she learnt that helped change her relationship with her three sons for the better. Sons with disabilities, physical and psychological, medical conditions and labels; Asperger’s syndrome, ADHD, dyslexia and social and behavioural difficulties.

As a single parent since 2001 she has discovered many ways of creating a fulfilling, loving relationship with her children by putting together elements from Personal Development, NLP, Hypnotherapy, energy therapies, Hooponopono, Heartmath and living a ‘heart centred’ life.

Since turning her life around from being depressed, alone and struggling with teenage boys she is now loving life and enjoying a truly rewarding experience with three amazing young men, her sons. She now shares ways to improve family relationships and encourages ways to reconnect, feel more in control of life again and enjoy a happy family life.
